Two Days, One Incredible Weekend
Each year, Maple hosts three to four major grass volleyball tournaments in the Kansas City area.
Our annual tournament schedule includes:
Every tournament weekend features gendered divisions on Saturday and coed divisions on Sunday. Players can compete in the format and division that fits their game while enjoying a full weekend of volleyball.

3x3

2x2
Every great tournament series needs a name. Ours comes from Maple, the prized goldendoodle who faithfully attends every volleyball event possible.
Maple is a big fan of attention, treats, and volleyball. She is happiest when she is surrounded by players, watching games, visiting courts, and convincing everyone she meets to stop and pet her.
She has become part of the tournament experience and the personality behind the Maple name. If you see her at an event, come say hello. Just know that she will probably expect a treat, some attention, or both.
Maple Tournaments was created to give Kansas City volleyball players something bigger to look forward to.
Our goal is to host the premier grass volleyball tournament series in the area with competitive divisions, organized schedules, meaningful prizes, professional photography, and an event atmosphere players want to experience again.
From the first serve of pool play to the final point of the championship match, we want every Maple tournament to feel like one of the biggest volleyball events of the year.
Get your team together and see what is coming next.
Each tournament page will include everything you need to prepare, including:
SATURDAY

WOMEN'S
Saturday competition will feature gendered divisions for Men’s and Women’s teams.
Each event will have an Open Division and a Mixed A/BB skill level. Maple tournaments are designed to provide competitive options for experienced players, developing teams, and players who are still building confidence on grass.
Our goal is to create competitive Grass Tournaments with Large Cash payouts while promoting growth within our volleyball community.

More Than

Community
We want this website to become the place Kansas City volleyball players visit when they are looking for their next opportunity to compete.
In addition to Maple events, we will share a list of other relevant, competitive, and fun volleyball tournaments happening throughout the Kansas City area.
Our goal is to help more players find events, support local tournament directors, and continue growing the volleyball community throughout Kansas City.
Need some practice before the next tournament? Looking for teammates? Just want another reason to play?
Maple pickup events give players a chance to practice different grass formats, meet other local players, and prepare for upcoming tournaments.
Some sessions may include separate Men’s and Women’s nets, coed play, open play, or format-specific practice for doubles, triples, and quads.
You can bring your full team or come by yourself. We will help you get on a court and get some games in.
We believe players deserve more than a few blurry phone pictures from the sideline.
Most athletes rarely have the opportunity to receive high-quality photos of themselves playing after high school or college. You may continue competing for years, but there is not always someone there to capture the moments, effort, celebrations, and friendships that make the game special.
That is why professional photography is an important part of the Maple tournament experience.
Our photographers capture team photos, action shots, championship moments, celebrations, and the atmosphere surrounding each event. We want players to leave with more than a tournament result. We want them to have memories they can share, display, and treasure for years.
Visit our galleries to find photos from past Maple tournaments and events. Each tournament gallery will include photographer credits and links to available photo collections.
Our sponsors help us create bigger prize pools, improve the player experience, and continue growing grass volleyball in Kansas City.
